Q1: How do I use the loop resistance band?
A1: Loop it around a pull-up bar, rack, or sturdy anchor point, then use it for assisted pull-ups, squats, presses, rows, hip thrusts, and stretching. Start with controlled movement and keep tension steady
Q2: What is the 175–250 lbs resistance range for?
UA2: This is a heavy-resistance band designed for strength training and strong assistance. It’s commonly used for pull-up assistance, lower-body training, and adding serious resistance to full-body workouts.
Q3: Is this band suitable for beginners?
A3: Beginners can use it, especially for assisted exercises and mobility work. If you’re new, start with safer movements (assisted pull-ups, glute work, stretching) and progress gradually
Q4: What material is the band made from? Is it latex-free?
A4: Material can vary by version/batch. Please check the product specifications on this page for the exact material and latex information. If you have allergies, contact us before ordering
Q5:Can it be used for legs and glutes?
A5: Wipe with a damp cloth after each use. For deep cleaning, use mild soap and water. Avoid soaking in water
Q6: How do I keep it safe and prevent snapping?
A6: Avoid sharp edges, overstretching, and worn anchor points. Check the band before each use, keep your face away from the line of tension, and use a secure anchor (bar/rack/door anchor designed for bands)
